After consulting with local real estate professionals and evaluating current land listings throughout the Mat-Su Borough, we've established an estimated starting point for our Land Acquisition Campaign.

Our Initial Goal

Approximately $400,000

This estimate is intended to help HAVA purchase approximately 20–40 acres that can serve as the foundation for our Village of Healing.

Because every property is unique, the final amount may change depending on the location, acreage, existing infrastructure, and market conditions at the time of purchase.
