Purpose

Honor and Valor Alaska is seeking land to establish a phased community-centered campus that will provide services and support for veterans, families, seniors, domestic violence survivors, and community members in need. Initial development will focus on revenue-generating services that support long-term growth and sustainability.

Preferred Geographic Area

Primary Search Area:

• Parks Highway corridor between the Big Lake Road intersection and Willow, Alaska

• Willow area

• South Talkeetna corridor

Secondary Search Area:

• Houston area to Talkeetna Spur Road area

• Adjacent areas with strong highway access

Property Requirements

Preferred Acreage:

• Minimum: 20 acres

• Ideal: 30–50 acres

• Long-Term Goal: 50+ acres

Road Access:

• Direct Parks Highway frontage strongly preferred

• Year-round access required

• Safe ingress and egress for passenger vehicles, RVs, and service vehicles

Visibility:

• High visibility from the Parks Highway preferred

• Suitable for future signage and public access

• Easily located by visitors, travelers, and community members

Terrain:

• Dry, buildable land preferred

• Limited wetlands

• Suitable for phased development

• Areas suitable for gardens, orchards, and future structures

Utilities:

• Electrical service nearby preferred

• Existing well desirable but not required

• Septic feasibility required

• Existing driveway or clearing desirable

• Public laundry facility

• Public shower facility
