Phase 1 coffee shop for Honor and Valor Alaska, regenerative revenue.
We want to have a welcoming environment for campers, and those who live in their RV's year round. A safe space for those who need.
Honor and Valor Alaska (HAVA) envisions the development of a long-term, healing-centered village community in Alaska designed to support veterans, families, seniors, survivors, and individuals experiencing hardship through practical services, accessible infrastructure, and community connection.
Our long-term vision is to create a sustainable village model that bridges the gap between emergency assistance and true long-term stabilization. HAVA seeks to provide environments where individuals and families are not simply surviving crisis, but are given opportunities to rebuild stability, regain independence, strengthen community ties, and heal with dignity.
Through phased development, HAVA aims to establish a community that includes transitional and supportive housing, accessible campground and RV infrastructure, shower and laundry facilities, gathering spaces, food and agriculture initiatives, vocational opportunities, family-centered recreation, and community-based support services specifically designed for Alaska’s unique climate and challenges.
Future development plans include:
🏠 Accessible small housing and duplex options
🏘️ Longhouse-style shared transitional housing
🚐 Covered RV duplex spaces for year-round living
🏛️ Community gathering and educational spaces
🏕️ Campground and recreational areas
🚿 Laundry, shower, and sanitation facilities
🌱 Community gardens, greenhouses, and food initiatives
☕ Coffee shop and community café spaces
🛠️ Vocational and practical skill-building opportunities
🌲 Accessible walking paths and healing-centered outdoor environments
🏡 Future cottage and lodging opportunities supporting long-term sustainability
HAVA’s long-term goal is to create a self-sustaining, community-supported environment where practical assistance, accountability, healing, and human connection work together to strengthen individuals, families, and the surrounding community as a whole.
Rooted in Alaska values of resilience, hospitality, service, and mutual support, HAVA seeks to become a place where people can find not only resources, but belonging, purpose, and the opportunity to build a more stable future for themselves and future generations.
